Ordering Information

Ordering using the Mal's E-Commerce Secure Server shopping cart system: You can place your order by using the pull down menus. I will get your order without any risk of your charge information getting in the wrong hands. I won't process your charge card order til I have informed you of the delivery date. You can cancel your order if the delivery date doesn't meet your needs.

Ordering by Mail or Fax: You can print out the ORDER FORM on your home printer. After filling out the information about your order, either mail or fax me your order with a personal check or your charge card information. It's easiest to print the PRICE LIST as well to refer to while filling out the order form.

Ordering by Phone: This is a very small business, so you won't always find me home when you call. If I am not here and someone else answers, they will be able to take a message, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. If there is no answer, there is a voice mail system, and you will be able to leave a message of any length.

Delivery Time: Because I offer so many shapes and glaze choices, I can't keep every item in stock and ready to ship, so shipping times will vary from order to order. I try to ship as quickly as possible. If I have everything for your order in stock, it will in a week . If it needs to be made-to-order, it may take up to 4 weeks. If timing is important, let me know and I can give you an estimated delivery date. I usually ship Fedex Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Next day or second day shipping can also be arranged.

Variations in Handcrafted Work: There are a lot of variables in hand made pottery. The photographs on this web site give a good sense of the shapes and glazes. Individual pieces may vary slightly, but the quality will be consistently high.

Brochures and gift enclosures: Included free with each order is a brochure with information about the pots and about me. If I am sending your order to someone as a gift, I can include a personalized card with your name, or you can send me a card to include in the box.

Satisfaction Guaranteed: I want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, let me know and return unused items within 30 days for a refund or exchange (your choice).

All Shipments Are Guaranteed: We pack very carefully; damaged pieces will be replaced at no charge to you. Save the packaging materials, damaged pieces, and let me know about the loss.

Junk Mail and Your Privacy: I do not give, trade, or sell names from my mailing list. Placing an order will not bring a flood of junk mail from other companies. I offer a choice of an email or postal mailing list for news and updates and I customarily add the names of mail order customers to one of these lists. If you do not wish to be on these lists, please make a note on your order. If you are on the mailing list and decide that you do not want to be, drop me a note or an email and I'll take care of it.I've been in business since 1975, and my primary focus is on keeping my customers satisfied with their ordering experience.
